Heading digital marketing at SiriusDecisions I reshaped social strategy by deploying Spredfast social engagement platform anchored around active editorial calendar and net new social media scorecard with 20% network size and 112% engagement increases year over year. I had the opportunity to make an impact at a much larger global scale, while heading social & mobile media at IBM. I Set global strategy for social and mobile media programs anchored around core business objectives. Programs ranged from infrastructure and product launch perspectives, reaching across 73 markets, as part of owned, paid and earned holistic digital strategy. I led RFP processes and deployments of Spredfast, social publishing and reporting platform and Sysomos, social listening platform across 7 brands, increasing social media activity by 180% year over year. For my efforts I was awarded IBM’s Eminence and Excellence award.
